Persistent Fever
Fever that persists for an extended period without an apparent cause may be a sign of an underlying infection or cancer. While fever alone is not specific to cancer, it should be evaluated in conjunction with other symptoms for a comprehensive assessment.
Difficulty Healing
Wounds that don’t heal or take an unusually long time to heal may be indicative of underlying health issues, including cancer. Slow healing after injury or surgery should prompt further evaluation to identify potential underlying causes.
Frequent Infections
Frequent or recurrent infections may weaken the immune system, making the body more susceptible to cancer development. While not always indicative of cancer, frequent infections should be evaluated to identify any underlying health conditions.
