Approach:
Fry the chicken fillets in a little oil. Put them in a saucepan with water and bouillon cubes. Cook on low heat for approx. 30 minutes.
Clean and cut all the vegetables – except the leek – into small pieces that are added to the broth pan. Add tomatoes.
Take the chicken fillets up and cut them into smaller pieces and put them back in the pan.
Cut the leeks into rings and place them in the pan.
Let the soup boil for approx. 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add more water if the soup gets too thick.
Serve the soup with a sour cream and good bread.
