A hearty noodle soup where we used pak choy in addition to chicken pieces. If you do not like pak choy, then just reduce this a little or possibly replace with spinach.

Cut up and cook chicken in a saucepan with a little power until it is lightly cooked through. Put in a bowl and save for later.

In a large saucepan, add chicken broth, water, soy sauce, worcestershire, ginger, five spices and chili powder together and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 5 min.
Then taste to your own taste. If it is too salty add a little sugar, add more soy if you want it saltier. Strain and return the power to the pot. Then add in the noodles and pak choy, cook for 5 minutes
Divide soup into 4 soup bowls and add meat and garnish with chilies and spring onions.
