Approach:
Cut potatoes potatoes into cubes and the chicken fillet into pieces or strips. Peel the carrots and grate them.
Fry chopped onion in a little oil in a saucepan. Add water and bring to the boil. Add the bouillon cubes.
Add grated carrots, diced potatoes and chicken. Let the soup boil for approx. 15 minutes.
Flour:
Whisk flour and milk together in a saucepan. Add butter and bring to the boil while stirring.
Let it cook on low heat for a few minutes. Stir occasionally. Pull the pan off the plate and add a beaten egg.
Let the mixture simmer for a minute while stirring.
Make small bowls with two t-spoons and let them soak in the soup until they are thoroughly heated, 2-3 minutes.
