Clean the vegetables for the soup and cut them into cubes.

Boil the vegetables in the broth / power for 2-3 minutes.

Beetroot buns:

Mix all the ingredients into a stuffing and let it rest for 20 minutes. If the mince becomes too loose, you can add a little more potato flour.

Form small bowls of the mince and fry them in a little oil in a pan. It must not be too hot.
