Approach:
All vegetables except spinach are peeled, cleaned and cut into cubes. Boil in the water with bouillon cubes until everything is tender and season with salt and pepper.
Spinach has towards the end.
Sliced tofu is lightly golden in the frying pan, seasoned with salt and pepper and placed over the soup before serving.
